Mr. Spagnuolo grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of first-generation Italian Americans. Starting from humble beginnings, Mr. Spagnuolo recites that his first job was at eight years old, stealing food from the back of restaurants to help feed his family.From the beginning, a relentless perseverance has always run deep through his veins and combined with an undying positive attitude have been cornerstones of his success. While in High School, Mr. Spagnuolo excelled at St. John’s Prep, an all-boy Roman Catholic High School on the North Shore of Boston, where he excelled in sports and various school activities.Upon graduating, he chose the University of Miami and studied finance. Without the typical financial support many other students had, Mr. Spagnuolo was relegated to becoming a security person/bouncer at many of the top nightclubs in Miami to help makes ends meet.

It was there at UM, that his fortunes began to shift. With three wealthy friends, he landed in the import/export business, exporting cell phone accessories to South America. Another friend led him into the technology industry during the dot-com explosion, followed by real estate investment and mortgage brokering during the euphoric real estate boom.But it was during his tenure at the Royal Bank of Canada where he began to uncover the secret to his greatest success: The INTERNET. Two venture capital companies later, he was well on his way to becoming a serial Internet entrepreneur and the rest, as they say, is history.

To be successful you have to create the perfect time, the perfect opportunity and that perfect situation.A lot of people become comfortable and they stop growing and stop wanting anything, which leads them to become satisfied. When you are not pursuing your goal, then all that is left is spiritual suicide.
When you have some goal that you are striving for and fighting for, you will find out that you have some abilities and talents that you didn’t know you had. When the message of misery visits you, what are you going to do? What will keep you in the game?
Unless you attempt to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow. If you are waiting on your next door neighbor to make it happen, it may not happen. If you are waiting on your mother or your father, it may never get done.You don’t beg average people to be phenomenal. You don’t beg good people to be phenomenal. You just have to be phenomenal and you will attract phenomenal. What reason can you remember that you can call on that can make you get back up? Find that reason!Everybody is against you and don’t believe in you anymore. Well let me tell you something… that’s a lonely feeling.
Most people take their greatness and their ideas to the graveyard with them. If it was easy, everybody would do it. The wealthiest place on the planet is the graveyard. Because in the graveyard we will find inventions we were never ever exposed to. Ideas and dreams that never became a reality. Hopes and aspirations that were never acted upon.When things don’t work out for you. When things happen that you can’t anticipate, what are the reasons you can think of that will keep you strong? It’s easy to be on the bottom. It doesn’t take any effort to be a loser, but it draws on everything in you and you have to harnish you will to say “I will challenge myself!”
There are 86,400 seconds in a day and its up to you how you use them and what you do today is what you see who you are. The biggest enemy you have to deal with is yourself. If their is no enemy within then the enemy outside can do us no harm. So when life knocks you down, try to lye on your back because you can look up then you can GET UP! If you want something bad enough fight for it and work day and night for it.
When you die, die on “E”. Leave no opportunity behind and no dream behind.You will never get here if you give up, if you quit, if you give in. You have to want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, so never ever ever GIVE UP!”
